Punk's Peak Spring Race - Jaizkibel Spain

Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to be included into a fantastic show with some remarkably talented and enthusiastic people. The assortment includes motorcycle builders, photographers, clothing designers, surfers, racers, and genuinely passionate people. Click the above link in the title to catch a glimpse of what happened this last year in Biarritz! Film by Nick Clements.

The Wheels & Waves show is fuelled by a mixture of pure
enthusiasm for bikes and the belief that there is a universal
understanding amongst our fellow travellers – no matter where
they come from or where they are going. This year, between Biarritz
and Donostia, art and action melded into a single experience
and old friends were met and new friends made. For us here at W&W
to ride over a high mountain pass or drop-in on a neat glassy face
on a still summer evening are both moments that feed the soul in equal
measures
. These rare situations cannot be scheduled into a few days in June
but we try our best to make an environment in which magical things
happen. The W&W show is developing into a bridge that connects
the multi-faceted world of the motorcycle with skate and surf culture
through philosophy, music and style. In short W&W 2016 was a visual
forum for disparate international groups with a shared dedication to
acquired skills, speed and elegance in all things.

inattendu.
